Topic: Lung Screening / Sleep, Exercise and Health

This session explores the role of sleep and physical activity in overall health and wellbeing. Participants discuss practical strategies to improve sleep, move more safely and support physical and mental health. This session is also part of an AMHC-funded initiative to improve lung cancer screening access for CALD communities.
