Topic: Women’s Health
This session explores common health problems experienced by women, and the lifestyle changes they can make to promote their own health and wellbeing. Depending on the group’s needs, menstruation and associated problems can be discussed. Women will also be empowered to access the various health screening options that are available in Australia.
