About This Event


This is a face-to-face session to be held in Packenham, Victoria. 

Topic: Preventative Health

Preventative health includes the prevention of illness, the early detection of specific disease, and the promotion and maintenance of health. Using the SNAP (smoking, nutrition, alcohol and physical activity) acronym, participants will engage in a conversation about how to promote good health. Screening and health checks will also be discussed.
