Topic: Staying Healthy in Winter
This session was developed in response to community demand for information about how to stay healthy through the cold winter months. The aim of the session is to promote health and wellbeing through winter with a focus on being up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations, having a flu vaccination, and visiting the GP for a health-check.
