Topic: Preventative Health (including lung cancer screening info)
Preventative health includes the prevention of illness, the early detection of specific disease, and the promotion and maintenance of health. Using the SNAP acronym, smoking, nutrition, alcohol and physical activity, participants engage in a conversation about how to promote good health. Screening and health checks are also discussed.
This session is part of an AMHC-funded initiative to improve lung cancer screening access for CALD communities. To meet our funding requirements, please ensure participants complete the 7-question survey found in the attached document upon confirmation.
