This is a face-to-face session to be held in New South Wales

Sleep, Exercise and Health

This session discusses the importance of sleep for health and wellbeing, and provides tips to help establish healthy sleep routines. It also equips participants with an approach to exercise that can be adapted to their specific needs. The benefits of exercise, barriers and signs of physical stress are discussed.
