This is a face-to-face session to be held in Dandenong, VIC

Topic: Respiratory Health
This session helps participants learn about chronic respiratory diseases, the common conditions that affect the lungs, and the signs and risk factors to look out for. The session covers diagnosis, inhaler use, breathing techniques, exercise, infection prevention and lung cancer screening. Through practical demonstrations and discussion, participants gain confidence in supporting people to manage their symptoms, stay active and know when to seek medical help.
