This session will be apart of the community group’s Women’s Health Week event on Friday, 11 September.
Topic: Women’s Health (including cervical screening info)
This session explores common health problems experienced by women and the lifestyle changes they can make to promote their own health and wellbeing. Depending on the group’s needs, menstruation and associated problems can be discussed. Women will also be empowered to access the various health screening options available in Australia.
This session is being funded by the NSW Cancer Institute to help increase awareness of, and access to, the cervical screening program among CALD communities. As part of this project, there are a few additional questions to ask participants – three before the session and three after. You’ll find a separate attachment provided upon confirmation to record these responses.
