1. What is your background (profession/ workplace/ training)?
I'm an osteopath working in practice in Williamstown, Victoria. Also work as a clinical supervisor and tutor at RMIT University. Post grad studies in Osteopathy, Public Health and currently studying Health Economics.
2. What inspired you to become a volunteer with The Water Well Project?
I wanted to be involved in organisations that are striving for equity in health and healthcare. Through improving health literacy for migrant populations, The Water Well Project is doing just that so I was keen to join the team.
3. Please share one of your favourite The Water Well Project sessions or moments.
Seeing the organisation expand and its reputation grow through the hard working team of staff and volunteers
4. What tips do you have for new volunteers?
Just jump in and get involved - you'll find it a rewarding, uplifting experience and you might even help people along the way 😉
