1. What is your background (profession/ workplace/ training)?
Paediatric Registrar at the Royal Darwin Hospital (Paediatric Trainee, previously based in Victoria)

2. What inspired you to become a Water Well volunteer?
I have a lot of interest in Global Health and have always wanted to be involved in this area throughout my training. The Water Well Project is an excellent avenue for doctors-in-training to have an ongoing, meaningful impact on the community around them. Global health does not have to involve going overseas, you can find many opportunities locally. I have learnt so many things through the sessions I have attended!

3. Please share one of your favourite Water Well sessions or moments.
Great energy and light hearted conversation that I developed over a few weeks with many women who attended the "Leading Women’s Health and Safety Project”.

4. What tips do you have for new volunteers?
Stick to the main points suggested in the template, but also allow flexibility so it creates a relaxed environment. Goodluck!
